Dementia Cafes exist to give you the chance to meet others dealing with the same experiences as you. They offer support and information in a relaxed cafe environment.

Dementia Cafes are for people who are able to attend safely on their own or who are accompanied by somebody able to support them.

The café is open to anyone with dementia and their carers whether they live in the area, are on a day out or on holiday, so why not come along for a cuppa and a blether.

The Rusties are a lovely group of over 60's ladies that meet every Tuesday for light excercise followed by a blether and a cuppa

We do 1 hour keep fit and then have a cup of tea and a chat.

We do quizzes, bingo etc and sometimes there is a speaker.
