Meeting Times
You can see a wide variety of plants in the 'Plant of the Month' and see, and hear, how to grow them. Branch meetings are also an excellent way of acquiring good plants which members bring in to make room in their collections for new stock. In summer there are visits to members' greenhouses and nurseries, both locally and as far away as Oban and Aberdeen. The Cactus House at Floral Hall is looked after by Branch members and anyone who would like to be involved would be very welcome. One of the main attractions of doing so is that one is actively involved on a larger scale than is possible in one's own greenhouse; for example, working on a 20 foot Euphorbia with a 4 inch trunk! There is also the social aspect of working with others.
Meeting Times
Meetings are open and friendly with discussions on all aspects of fuchsia cultivation and care. Tea and coffee is available at meetings, there is plenty of free parking available. Guests and new members are always welcome
